Benefits
FYEC focuses it efforts on encouraging young adults to stay away from negative influence such as drugs and alcohol, violence, radicalization and other behaviors that be detrimental to their development and future. Instead, FYEC direct youth towards higher education, civic involvement and a volunteer commitment to the community.
Literacy
FYEC is to help hundreds of young adults from all concerns of the globe improve their English language skills and prepare for success after high school. Majority of our students come Somali, Kenya, Mexico, and Ethiopia. Many arrive with limited knowledge of English; with our help, they will make tremendous strides towards English language proficiency.
