Our Story
Faribault Youth Empowerment center (FYEC) is a nonprofit organization tailored towards enriching the lives of Faribault Community throughout positive elements of education, area of substance use, and mental health while promoting and building community ties at events throughout Rice County.
Mission
Faribault Youth Empowerment Centre (FYEC) mission is create a better world by providing community-base culturally specific programs and services to youth and their family.
Vision
Our purpose is create a safe environment for our society. We want to motivation our youth to take part in the civil aspects in our community and to engage in activities that range from education to sports to civic engagement. Furthermore, as we meet new emerging needs in our in community, we plan to serve our increasingly diverse public with a dedicated diverse leadership team.
Benefits
FYEC focuses it efforts on encouraging young adults to stay away from negative influence such as drugs and alcohol, violence, radicalization and other behaviors that be detrimental to their development and future. Instead, FYEC direct youth towards higher education, civic involvement and a volunteer commitment to the community.
