Education Pathways Program

EDUCATION. PATHWAYS Program (Promoting Access to Healthy, Engaged Youth Success) The PATHWAYS program focuses on supporting school-aged children, parents, and school staff to close opportunity gaps for students of color. We provide in- school and out-of-school counseling, tutoring, and mentoring for middle and high school students. Additionally, we offer transportation for students and families, along with access to extracurricular activities. Our program empowers parents and schools to collaborate effectively, fostering a positive school culture that promotes sustained student success.
