The Immigrants and Newcomer Support Programs for Integration, Resilience, and Empowerment.

The Immigrants and Newcomer Support Programs for Integration, Resilience, and Empowerment (INSIGHT) project aims to tackle health inequities faced by African immigrants and refugees in Minnesota, including Rice County. By partnering with community organizations and public health departments, INSIGHT will create and implement culturally relevant strategies to improve health equity and resilience among these underserved groups. This initiative focuses on addressing key factors that contribute to health disparities, empowering individuals and communities to ensure their needs are met and promoting a healthier future for all.
